Rachel Campbell
Rachel is a degree-qualified naturopath with a deep passion for helping women reconnect to their bodies and restore balance in a sustainable way. She completed further studies in NLP, Hypnotherapy and Timeline therapy which allows her to delve deeper into underlying patterns of behaviour and emotional links to physical symptoms. Rachel also uses Live and Dry Blood Microscopy to greater understand the physical health of the body.
As a teenager, Rachel faced considerable health challenges including Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Fibromyalgia, digestive issues and PCOS and was considered one of those ‘unsolvable cases’. Using a combination of natural and holistic therapies to address the underlying cause, she healed her body and discovered her passion for natural medicine.
Because of her health journey, Rachel has a particular interest in complex digestive concerns, hormonal imbalances, fatigue, stress-related conditions and those seemingly ‘unsolvable’ cases. These are often layered presentations where women feel unheard or dismissed. Rachel believes healing happens when we understand the full landscape of what is going on, not just isolated symptoms and learn to connect physical, mental and emotional health for a holistic understanding of the individual.
Her approach is thorough, compassionate and grounded in both evidence and traditional naturopathic principles. She takes time to listen carefully, investigate root causes and develop personalised treatment plans that are realistic, clear and achievable, while having a little bit of fun along the way. Rachel supports her patients to move beyond short-term fixes and into lasting change.
At Shift, Rachel works within our systems-based model of care, addressing the foundations first. Nervous system regulation, gut health, metabolic resilience and hormonal balance are prioritised while always considering the individual terrain of each patient.
Patients appreciate Rachel’s passionate approach to holistic healthcare, grounded presence in consults and her ability to explain complex physiology in a way that feels empowering rather than overwhelming.
Rachel’s intention is simple. To help you understand your body, trust its signals and feel confident in your path forward.
