Amy is an experienced hypnotherapist, hypnotherapy educator, supervisor, and wellbeing coach with eight years of practice working locally, internationally, and remotely.
Her transition into this field was inspired by her background as an actor dealing with severe audition anxiety, as well as her work as an English language teacher helping students overcome challenges with focus, self-belief, and confidence.
Her approach to client work integrates somatic practices, parts and root cause therapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), visualization, metaphor, and suggestion therapy. She remains dedicated to ongoing professional development across these modalities.
Outside of her professional work, Amy enjoys traveling, attending live music and theater events, and following sports, particularly tennis and English Premier League football. To maintain her personal wellbeing, she balances running and squash with Tai Chi and yoga.
