Rae is a Nutritional Scientist and Lifestyle Coach with a focus on evidence-based approaches that support long-term health optimisation and wellness recovery. She holds a Bachelor of Health Science in Nutrition from the University of Queensland and alongside Nutritional Coaching, is the Senior Client Care Administrator at The Shift Clinic.
Rae is particularly interested in the science of longevity, developing nutritional and habitual strategies that support healthspan extension, as well as symptom support. She looks to elevate dietary patterns, nervous system health, and daily lifestyle choices, recognising the interplay between physiological coherence, nutritional assimilation and routine development.
In her role as the Senior Client Care Administrator at The Shift Clinic, Rae works closely with individuals navigating diverse health journeys. This experience has evolved her ability to ensure those seeking healing feel seen and heard, and find the best fit for them to achieve their health goals.
Whether addressing fatigue, gut health, neuro-emotional resilience, or long-term wellbeing, Rae provides both scientific clarity and a compassionate listening ear. Her aim is to support clients in making meaningful, lasting shifts that help them feel grounded, empowered and at home in their bodies.
